Food cravings increase and it becomes impossible to lose weight – especially around the middle. Sometimes misunderstood as an autoimmune disorder, adrenal fatigue can mimic some precursors to other common illnesses and disease.

Adrenal fatigue can be caused by any condition, illness or situation that undermines the function of the adrenal glands. This includes events or situations that place burden on the body:
