All detox programs include 3 meals a day, a daily snack and healthy infusions.

Our detox programs do not involve juicing or starvation, both of which we are against for detoxing.

You will eat nutritious balanced meals that support your body through the detoxing process. All meals are vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

Three meals a day plus a snack and infusions, deliveries Sunday evenings and Wednesday mornings.
