As a 90+% vegan, when I need cooking inspiration I look at one of two books and this is one of them. The book is split into two sections, the first explaining the health principles of an alkaline diet and the second featuring over 100 easy to prepare recipes, each with an alkalinity rating, and indication if they are vegan or vegetarian. Clear guidelines and suggested menu planners show you how to build alkaline foods into your diet. Every recipe I have tried in this book has been a success.
