  1. Put all the ingredients (in order as above) into a high speed blender and whizz until a smooth consistency is reached, if your smoothie is too thick add a little more water, if it is too warm add more ice.
  2. Experiment with your smoothie and be your own smoothie master adjusting it to the taste and texture you like, try cucumber, carrots, beets, pineapple, any greens, romaine lettuce. Add the superfoods super power your body needs, maca, chia, hemp protein, milled flaxseed....
