Christy’s Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tbspns vanilla bean powder or essence
- 5 tbspns maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 150g 70% (or more) dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup coconut rice milk
- 6 dates
