  1. Wash all your veggies.
  2. Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor
Recipe Notes

Instead of the crushed ice you could freeze your pineapple which would give a similar effect.
Always add some oil to your smoothie to ensure that fat soluble nutrients will be absorbed. Here we have used almond butter, but you could use coconut oil or some avocado.
Goji berries add even more super powers so add these as a topping.
