Hemp Borsht
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps hemp or olive oil
- 4 cups cups cooked or raw beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped- wear gloves unless you want pink hands
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 3 cups water
- 1 large avocado
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup hemp seed and fresh chives to decorate (Optional)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except hemp seeds in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. You may need to help stir it if you do not have a strong blender.
- Borsht can be served hot or cold.
- Garnish with hemp seeds and fresh chives.

Borsht is a very tasty soup that is loaded with powerful cancer fighting antioxidants.
