Ingredients
For Whipped Cashew Cream
  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked for at least 2 hours and rinsed.

For the Whipped Cashew Cream
  1. Soak the cashew nuts for between 2- 8 hours. Drain and rinse.
  1. Add the nuts and all the other ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until really smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for up to an hour or more to thicken further.
  3. The whipped cream can be kept for up to 5 days in the fridge so make a large batch!
For the Matcha Green Tea Latte
  1. Place the teabags in a cup and half a cup of the warm water to them and allow t steep for 15 minutes. Discard the teabags.
  2. Spoon the matcha tea into the other half cup of warm water and give it a stir to dissolve it.
  3. Place all ingredients except the ice, in a high speed blender and blend until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Pour the matcha green tea latte over ice in a tall glass and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Clever Tips;

You can substitute the whipped cashew cream with;

1/2 cup soaked cashew nuts or 1/4 cup mashed avocado.
