Matcha Layered Chocolates
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 cup cacao butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- pinch of himalayan sea salt
Matcha Chocolate
- 1/4 cup cacao butter
- 3 tbsps Matcha tea
- 3 tbsps lucuma powder
White Chocolate
- 1/4 cup cacao butter
- 2 tbsp lucuma powder
- 2 tbsps desiccated coconut (ground down to a fine powder)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- pinch of himalayan sea salt

Instructions
- For the dark chocolate, melt the cacao butter in a bain marie then whisk in the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour about 1 tsp liquid chocolate into the bottom of the moulds.
- Place in the refrigerator for about 20mins or until solid.
- Prepare the Matcha chocolate as above and add a layer on top of the solid dark chocolate - repeat for the white chocolate layer. If you like to vary the layers of your chocolates keep the liquid chocolate preparations in a bain marie while the other layers set.
