Palmesan Cheese
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashew nuts do not soak the nuts
- 3 tbsps nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Process for about 30 seconds, or until finely ground, stopping occasionally to scrape down the work bowl. Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, Palmesan Cheese will keep for 2 weeks easily.
