Vegan Spinach Dip for Thanksgiving
Ingredients
- 2 tspns minced garlic
- 11/2 tspns onion powder or dried onions
- 1 tbspn grated onion
- 1 small carrot- grated
- 11/2 tspns himalayan salt
- 1 tspn dried parsley
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise -made with tofu recipe on this site- see recpe notes
- 2 cups simple dairy free sour cream recipe on this site- see recipe notes

Instructions
- Make mayonnaise and sour cream according to the recipes on this site.
- Combine all ingredients together and put in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavours to develop and the dip to thicken.
- Serve with crunchy vegetables.
