Blueberry (Breakfast) Chia Pudding – – fresh or frozen blueberries, ripe avocado, peeled and pitted, coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk), maple syrup or honey, vanilla bean powder or essence, chia seeds (ground or whole), Blend all ingredients together until you have a smooth silky blend. ; Divide mixture into two serving dishes. ; Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia to swell and thicken.; –
