How To Make Coconut Butter
- Put the dried coconut in the food processor or blender. Mix on high speed, scraping down the sides every minute or so, for approximately 15 minutes, until it becomes soft and liquidy- this takes some time. Persevere!
- If you put it in the fridge, it will harden, so you will have to microwave a spoonful at a time to soften it again.
