Oil Free Flax and Lemon salad dressing

If you are trying to reduce the amount of fat in your diet then this is a great alternative to the classic salad dressings. Using milled flaxseed, lemon and mustard this oil free salad dressing has a kick to it.

If you are trying to reduce the amount of fat in your diet then this is a great alternative to the classic salad dressings. Using milled flaxseed, lemon and mustard this oil free salad dressing has a kick to it.

Ingredients
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tbs milled flaxseed
- 2 tbs bio apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs filtered water
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 dash salt and pepper

Instructions
- Combine all the dressing ingredients together mixing with a fork and stir into salad coating all ingredients.
- Serving suggestion: Serve on a bed of greens or wrapped in a collard leaf with sprouts
- Try adding leftover steamed veg from the night before with a little curry powder and turmeric for a slightly curried version or your favourite Asian inspired veg and sprouts with a sesame oil and tamari dressing.
