Flaxseed

Flaxseed may be tiny but they have huge health benefits. They have been around thousands of years and are known to aid in stabilising blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, promoting weight loss, increasing immunity, reducing bone loss and fighting cancer
Flaxseeds are bursting with vitamins and minerals including most B vitamins & magnesium, they are rich in fibre, phytochemicals and Omega 3 fatty acids.
Add Flaxseed to breakfast cereals and porridge, in smoothies, juices and scrambled eggs. For lunch sprinkle on salads, add to soup, yoghurt and fruit. Try adding to stirfry’s, sauces, caseroles and omlettes for a healthy dinner.
