Post Workout Recovery Berry Blast
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 to 2 tbs raw organic hemp protein powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 peeled orange
- few fresh mint leaves
Servings: large smoothie

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender and whiz whiz whiz for about 40 seconds, you won’t have a totally smooth consistancy due to the berries and orange.
- You could also add a banana or avocado for a more creamy consistancy and for sweetness add raw honey or raw agave
- For a real treat add a teaspoon of carob for a sinless chocolate fix
