The Gentle Green Giant Smoothie
This smoothie is great a great way to get a sneak a cheeky shot of super greens into yours and your families day. The almond milk and banana give it a creamy luxurious consistency while the pineapple cuts through it all to give you a sweet tang! If you are using fresh spinach you may want to replace half of the water with ice to make it super cool and refreshing – drinking warm spinach is not as appetizing!

Ingredients
- 1/2 peeled pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 banana
- 4 cubes frozen spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maca
Servings: smoothies

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into the blender and whizz to a smooth consistency.
