Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Put the mixture in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. Eat cold or warm next morning. If you want to add fresh fruit then add it just before eating.
Recipe Notes

You can add cacao nibs or fresh fruit to the mixture to give it an extra shot of goodness.
