Kiwi and Matcha Tea Smoothie – – almond milk unsweetened, fresh spinach or 2 cubes of frozen spinach, frozen kiwi (peeled and sliced before putting in freezer), frozen banana ( freeze without the peel), lucama powder, chia seeds, matcha powder, cold water- add more to get the desired consistency, Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.; –
